SEALIGHT switchback LED bulbs combine white DRL or parking light output with an amber turn signal in one compatible front socket. The bulb stays white during normal use and flashes amber when the turn signal is active. It returns to white after the signal is canceled. Choose from compatible 3157-family and 7443-family sizes. What Is a Switchback LED Bulb?
A switchback LED bulb produces two colors from one bulb. It normally shows white light for the DRL or parking light. It switches to flashing amber when the turn signal is activated.
The vehicle socket must support both functions. This collection contains replacement bulbs, not switchback LED strips or complete light assemblies.
Where Are Switchback LED Bulbs Used?

Switchback LEDs may be legal when used in the correct front lighting position. In the United States, front turn signals must flash amber. State laws and inspection rules may vary.
Some vehicles need added load support to prevent hyperflash. Selected SEALIGHT switchback LED turn signal bulbs include a built-in resistor or driver. Other vehicles may need an external resistor or LED-compatible flasher relay.
Do not use a switchback LED bulb when the size, contacts or wiring do not match. It is also unsuitable for a single-function socket or a position that requires a different light color.
