BEST ANSWER I replaced my flasher relay with a Diode Dynamics LED Flasher compatible with Ford Super Duty 1999-2007, EP27. It was taller than the OEM relay so the plastic cover wouldn’t go back on but it worked and I think the best solution. You have to research the part number for your OEM relay and get the compatible LED replacement. The other option is to install a load resistor to the wiring of every turn signal bulb. SEALIGHT included 2 with one of my orders but not the other. My truck is a 2003 Ford F350 Superduty....
